Booking & tickets
How do I book a ticket through Train.ma?
Train.ma searches ONCF’s live timetable and fares for you. When you find a departure, pick it and choose “Book on ONCF”: ONCF’s booking page opens with your route and date filled in, and you pay ONCF directly. Your e-ticket is issued by ONCF.
How far ahead can I book?
ONCF opens ticket sales 90 days before departure. Train.ma lets you search any date in that window.
How do I change or cancel a ticket?
Exchanges and refunds are handled by ONCF, on its after-sales page with your booking code and email address, or at any station. What you can do depends on the fare you bought: each fare shown on Train.ma lists ONCF’s exact conditions.
Fares & discounts
What is the difference between Flex and Semi-flex?
Flex tickets can currently be exchanged for free up to 5 times before departure, and refunded in full until the day before travel (20% is kept on the travel day). Semi-flex tickets cost less: one free exchange before departure, and refunds keep 50% of the price.
How much do children pay?
Children under 4 travel free on the lap of the adult traveling with them. From 4 to 15 years, children pay the Child fare, and from 16 the full fare applies. Children cannot travel without an adult.
Are there discount cards?
Yes. The Youth card (16 to 30) gives 20% off, the Attalib card (students under 26) 30% off second class, the Senior card (60 and over) 15% off, and the 31-59 card 15% off round trips bought online. Cards are sold at stations and last 12 months. Train.ma shows standard fares; ONCF applies your card discount when you book.

What are Al Boraq, Al Atlas and TNR?
Al Boraq is ONCF’s high-speed train between Casablanca, Rabat, Kénitra and Tangier. Al Atlas trains link cities across the whole network. TNR (Train Navette Rapide) are frequent shuttles around Casablanca, Rabat and Kénitra and to Mohammed V Airport. ONCF also sells Supratours coach connections to towns without a railway, and Train.ma shows them too.
What is the difference between first and second class?
First class offers more space and a quieter car for a higher price. Both classes are on the same train and arrive at the same time. When ONCF offers first class on a departure, Train.ma shows its price next to second class.

No. Train.ma is an independent website. Timetables and fares come from ONCF in real time, and tickets are sold by ONCF.
What data does Train.ma collect?
Train.ma has no accounts and never asks for your personal details. We use anonymous analytics to understand how the site is used. Booking and payment happen on ONCF’s website, under ONCF’s privacy policy.
